The Mill is a unique watermill in Eaton Bray, Bedfordshire with millstones still in situ.
It comprises a fully equipped kitchen with oven, airfryer, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in an adjacent room.
There is a conservatory on the ground floor, patio, firepit & BBQ in a lovely secluded garden, with trampoline, surrounded by a stream. Logs available at £10 per bag.
The first floor has the living room and a twin room with bathroom with bath. The top floor has the main bedroom with kingsize/twin beds and second bedroom with a double and a single bed. In between, there is a bathroom, with shower.
Lovely grounds with lake and woodland. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Tennis court, table tennis and pool table available for guests’ use, as well as fishing in the lake.
Dogs by arrangement, £5 per dog per night.
The pretty village of Edlesborough is a short walk away through the woodland. There is an excellent cafe open seven days a week and a newsagents.
Access is via an outside stairway so not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
The garden is surrounded by water so children must be supervised at all times.
